Kanun respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Kanun on supported Apple devices.

Kanun does not collect or transmit personal data to the developer or to a developer-operated server.
Kanun does not use:
Information such as game settings, player names, statistics, achievements, cosmetic selections, tutorial progress, recent match information, and saved progress is stored locally on your device.
This locally stored information is not accessible to the developer.
Kanun includes nearby multiplayer functionality.
When nearby multiplayer is used, limited technical and gameplay information may be exchanged directly between participating devices over the local network. This may include:
This information is used only to establish and operate the nearby multiplayer session.
It is not sent to the developer, stored on a Kanun server, used for advertising, or used to track players.
Kanun may request permission to access your local network when you choose to use nearby multiplayer.
This permission is used only to discover, host, and join nearby Kanun games.
You can deny or later disable this permission through your device settings. Solo play and same-device multiplayer do not require local network access.
Kanun may store the following information locally:

You can remove locally stored information through the reset options available in the app. Uninstalling Kanun also removes its locally stored information, subject to the normal behaviour of your device and any backups managed by you or Apple.
Kanun does not maintain a developer-operated remote copy of this information.
Kanun may offer optional Daily Shot reminders.
These reminders use local notifications scheduled on your device. Kanun does not use a developer-operated notification server to send Daily Shot reminders.
Notification permission is optional and can be denied or changed at any time through your device settings.
Kanun optionally supports Apple Game Center for features such as leaderboards and achievements.
If you choose to use Game Center, gameplay information required for those features, such as leaderboard scores and achievement progress, may be transmitted to and processed by Apple through Game Center.
Game Center is an Apple service and operates under Apple’s terms and privacy practices. Kanun does not operate Game Center or maintain a separate copy of your Game Center account information on a developer-operated server.
Kanun does not use Game Center information for advertising, analytics, or tracking.

Support communications are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request and any related follow-up, unless a longer retention period is required for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
You may request deletion of a support communication by emailing blowix@proton.me.
Kanun is distributed through Apple’s App Store and uses certain Apple platform services.
Apple may independently process information relating to App Store downloads, purchases, payments, refunds, device diagnostics, Game Center, or other Apple services under Apple’s own terms and privacy practices.
Kanun does not receive your complete payment-card information.
This Privacy Policy describes Kanun’s own data practices and does not govern information processed independently by Apple.

Kanun may communicate with Apple services, such as Game Center, when you choose to use features that depend on those services.
If Kanun’s data practices or third-party dependencies change in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated as appropriate.

Nearby multiplayer information is exchanged directly between participating devices for the purpose of operating the game and is not collected by the developer.
Optional Game Center features are provided through Apple and are subject to Apple’s account, privacy, and platform controls.

Kanun is designed to minimise data processing and avoid unnecessary transmission of information.
Nearby multiplayer and optional Apple services use platform-provided technologies. However, no electronic communication or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Because Kanun does not operate user accounts or remotely store gameplay information on developer-operated servers, the developer cannot access, retrieve, correct, or delete information stored only on your device or information controlled independently by Apple services.
This Privacy Policy may be updated if Kanun’s features, legal obligations, or data practices change.
The updated policy will be published at the same URL with a revised effective date.
